Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple high value RNG projects from business award through final delivery to the customer site. This individual will be both customer and internal facing and be responsible to develop, monitor, and adjust project plans to achieve committed lead-times and budget. We are looking for an experience program/project manager with sound technical skills and understanding who can lead teams through complex, time-sensitive projects. Must be able to maintain good, professional working relationships with customers and all internal stakeholders. How are you successful in this role? The Program Manager will d evelop and manage overall project plans, timelines, and budgets for RNG projects, including both technical and commercial tasks and initiatives. Be the commercial and project leadership face to the customer and the customer liaison to the internal project team, including significant customer interaction both in direct and virtual meetings. Work with customers, suppliers, Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure POs and change orders are generated correctly and follow up on invoice payments as required. Manage sub-contracts with key suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved. Develop lessons-learned and working with the engineering, design, and production team to integrate into new systems for improved manufacturability, quality, and cost. Monitor project cost and timing and provide feedback to the Sales team for possible adjustment to future quotes and proposals. Provide mentoring, guidance, and leadership to the project team. Ensure that the overall project meets customer and commercial requirements. Work to continuously improve project management and execution processes. Communicate with all parties in a proactive and transparent manner. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or business. Experience with gas compression and separation equipment and processes. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. CAD experience a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve problems in real time are essential, excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail. Good analysis skills and business acumen. Experience with complex engineered systems in a dynamic and high growth environment. What would we love to see? Project management skills (PMP a plus). Lean experience (no certifications required) MS Project or equivalent software, MBA or advanced Engineering degree a plus. Who are we?
