Customer Service and Sales Representative MTCO Communications is hiring a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Support Team in our Metamora office. This multi-functional sales and service-oriented role is responsible for customer development, inside sales and assisting MTCO customers in making informed choices, solving problems, and improving their entertainment and online experience. Our CSRs become experts in the details of all of MTCO's services, enabling them to build customer loyalty, assess needs, and simplify the decision-making process for our customers by presenting practical and technical solutions that fit their needs.Those who choose to join MTCO become part of a top-notch "get things done" group of customer oriented professionals. We are searching for a positive team player, who will provide a courteous and patient demeanor not only with our subscribers, but also with our internal team. To be considered for the position of Customer Service and Sales Representative, you must: Communicate clearly and accurately by telephone, email and live messaging in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services. Be comfortable using todays technology and enthusiastic when new technical trends become available, which is ever changing. Recognize customer needs and potential sales opportunities which include outbound calling, courtesy follow up calls. Champion the development and building of strong customer relationships. Be highly detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to independently make sound decisions based upon policies, knowledge and experience. Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing and service concerns and troubleshoot basic service issues with patience. Be able to perform accurately and quickly as high levels of multi tasking situations arise. Participate in and be flexible with daily schedule changes and various office projects. This position includes base pay plus incentives. Have 1-2 years prior work experience in customer sales/service or technical position. Have earned an Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. MTCO Communications has been family owned and operated since 1945.
