Roof Rescue is currently hiring for a full-time Roofing Sales Rep / Roofing Estimator to calculate estimates and sell our products and services in the Boerne / San Antonio, TX area. This position earns a competitive pay range of $75,000 - $125,000 per year. For the first 90 days, you will receive a base salary plus commission and then afterward a competitive commission. DAY-TO-DAY This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM and on alternating Saturdays. As a sales rep, you are familiar with all of the products and services that we provide. First, you walk and estimate roofs for potential customers who are residential and commercial building owners. Then, you use your excellent communication skills to sell products, repairs, or new installations. Finally, you ensure customer satisfaction and follow up with leads. You are successful at consistently bringing in new customers while ensuring current customers are pleased with their service. Your success is due in part to your commitment to building a harmonious relationship with each customer. Every day, you enjoy talking to people, being outdoors, and being active!
