RN Area Manager – ICF/IDD

Description:
Under the supervision of the Director of Health Services, the RN Area Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the healthcare management of service recipients, for the oversight and review of documentation of health and medical services, and for management of the day to day nursing services in multiple ICF homes. This includes direct supervision of all LPN's in multiple homes and working in partnership with the QIDP. This position reports directly to the ICF/IDD Director. All services are to be provided in a manner consistent with SRVS values, mission, and principles as well as in accordance with policies, procedures, practices and licensing standards. Experience Required Licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Five years of clinical experience preferred; previous experience working with developmental and/ or physical disabilities. Previous management experience is a plus, three to five years preferred. Thorough knowledge of ICF/IDD Standards and Licensure regulation preferred. Ability to problem solve. Good organizational and communication skills. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
