Description:
DUTIES : Under the supervision of the Director of ICF, the Behavior Support Specialist will provide support in the home of individuals with dual diagnosis of Intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnosis. Must be able to assist people supported with all activities such as walking and lifting. Participate in scheduled work activities when not participating in the RBT Training Program in the assigned areas (ICF homes, transport techs positions, etc.). Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or equivalent with one year experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Must successfully complete the training program for Registered Behavior Technician presented by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Must have a valid TN, MS or AR driver's license and must obtain an F endorsement or equivalent within 30 days of employment.
