We're looking for a Certified GM Technician to work in a fast paced work environment. We offer many benefits above and beyond other dealerships and independent retail outlets including: Multi state of the art service facilities An up-beat work environment and culture that emphasizes employee satisfaction 5 day work week with rotating 6th day On-Going performance Bonuses as reviewed High volume import franchises A dealership group with loyal and long tenured employees 100% paid technician training Paid uniforms A service advisor team that can sell work GM preferred. Responsibilities: Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Keep shop area neat and clean. Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replace or replenish as necessary. Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner. Recondition as pe rused car manager authorization. Maintain accountability for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
