As an Administrative Specialist with Quantum ePay, you will perform a variety of duties to support the Human Resources Department, from events planning to performing general office duties. Responsibilities : Assist employees with inquiries regarding company policies and procedures. Support annual, open enrollment efforts, as well as process the monthly benefits reconciliation. Create and distribute internal communications. Assist the Senior Corporate Recruiter with sourcing candidates for open positions. Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation. Assist with scheduling new hire and departmental training sessions. Complete incoming verifications of employment. Place online orders for company supplies. Plan corporate events. Assist with various projects. Embrace an upbeat culture and create positive morale. Skills/Qualifications : Over-achiever with strong multitasking skills Ability to research and utilize reliable external and internal resources effectively Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Extreme sense of urgency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fabulous organizational skills Independent thinker Energetic/out-going demeanor Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality Genuine interest in pursuing a career in the HR field Experience Requirements : 3+ years of administrative experience; preferably in the HR field. Experience with HRIS system(s) a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook) Salary : This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits. Base salary range: $42,000 - $52,000 Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $62,637 - $70,125
