About GreenCare Since our humble beginning in 1983 as Crystal Lawn Service, we have grown from one employee and a lawn application truck to managing and maintaining systems over a 60-mile radius on commercial, athletic, and residential properties. About the Position Our Lawn Specialists serve south-central Minnesota by installing, servicing, and repairing irrigation systems and providing full-service residential and commercial landscape maintenance, mowing and product applications. Essential Functions May install irrigation products at residential, commercial, and athletic properties; includes pipe installation, equipment care, maintenance checks, and sprinkler head adjustments. May repair and service underground sprinkler systems. May administer the proper application of lawn care products on commercial and residential properties. May maintain the appearance of commercial and residential lawns; by mowing, weeding and trimming. May control weeds and build beautiful green lawns. Track daily production and prepare estimates. Maintain excellent communication and customer service will all clients. Educate clients on year-round maintenance and yard care options; and recommend additional valuable services. Ensure work is performed in a safe manner and follows all company and safety procedures at all times. Required Qualifications Must have current driver's license and insurable motor vehicle record. Must possess or obtain a DOT health care within 2 months of employment. Ability to work long hours during the peak lawn care season. Able to work both independently and as a team. Focused on attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills and ability to build an exceptional rapport with clients Ability to operate various lawn care equipment Focused on safe work practices Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and experience in the green industry Experience operating equipment Job Posted by ApplicantPro
