Tucanos Brazilian Grill is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Restaurant General Manager (GM) to oversee operations at our Farmington, Salt Lake City, and Orem locations. WORK SCHEDULE This full-time food service position typically works 5 days a week . Depending on the needs of the store, you may have Wednesdays or Thursdays off, and you'll always enjoy Sundays off ! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER (GM) In this restaurant management role, you are essential to our success. Your job is to ensure that all our guests and team members are taken care of. You hire qualified culinary and service staff and engage in training to help our team develop expertise in the food service industry. A natural-born leader, you monitor the staff and keep things running well. Being service-driven, you aim to serve the best, most mouthwatering Brazilian dishes around! Whenever issues arise, you utilize your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to quickly resolve them. You also ensure that all policies and standards are being met. Each quarter that the store meets its financial targets, you happily receive your bonus!
