Our company is a fast growing multi-million-dollar general construction company. We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Painting Superintendent to join our team. We specialize in reconstruction of multi-family occupied spaces. We have large scale roofing projects encompassing the greater San Francisco Bay area with focus on the North, East and South Bay areas. AWT is seeking a top-notch professional to augment our growth to becoming one of the most successful construction contractors in the Bay area. Applicants should have the following experience: 3+ years' experience as a painting superintendent, estimator or project manager. Proficient computer knowledge including MS Office Software. Capable of creating Change Orders with unit and material breakdowns. Responsible for photo documenting change orders, before and after repairs have been made and filing photos in the corresponding files electronically. Ability to create RFI's Able to understand budgets for project materials and labor. Able to meet or exceed project budgets. Manage crews (e.g. subcontractors, vendor deliveries, on-site management) Reviewing and approving time sheets for accuracy and discrepancies. Reviewing and approving all project invoices for accuracy and discrepancies. Capable of conducting weekly job meetings to include (e.g. subcontractors, vendors, on-site management, employees) Able to update project schedule. Clear understanding of project safety. Reconstruction background desired but not mandatory. Capable of reading and understanding plans and specifications. Manage punch list items and ensure timely closeout of jobs. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This is including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
