Line Lead Summary: Line Leaders is responsible for pulling orders, assisting in the set-up and preparation of orders, and coordinating the workflow between all areas of GSP. The Fulfillment Line Leader will be responsible for the workload of approximately 20 employees and will coordinate hours required to meet workload and alert all disciplinary actions to Management for further evaluation. The leader may be assigned projects to lead team members for special project goals. The leader takes responsibility for any order shipped by their team of pullers Position Responsibilities: Coordinating flow of work from other departments to Fulfillment and throughout entire department Stages pull lines for the next day's task assignments Ensures daily priorities are met Assigns tasks as necessary to ensure an efficient pull and pack Assures the efficient operation of the production/pulling process and insure that the quality of the product being shipped is up to standard Fill in on pull lines as necessary Basic qualifications: Ability to speak, read and write English Available for weekend work schedules and overtime Required to lift up to a minimum of 50lbs Required to follow safety instructions and adhere to safety procedures Reasons you'll love working here: Health and safety are a top priority with all of our roles and sites.
