In addition to our 4 branches (South Boston, Everett, Quincy and the Seaport district), we are a member of the Shared Branching network which allows our member-owners even more accessibility and convenience. We are currently looking seeking a 20 hours part-time Member Service Representative to work a flexible schedule (including Saturdays). Under the direction of the AVP of Branch Administration the MSR II will provide a superior level of personal service to members. Duties include meeting with members to discuss their financial needs, researching issues and offering solutions, opening new accounts, processing various deposit and loan transactions, and discussing Credit Union products based upon the member's needs. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated person who can assist and build trusted relationships by providing our members with superior financial solutions and outstanding service. Professional and pleasant interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Proficiency with computer software applications, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required; should have at least four years of member service or call center experience in a bank or credit union with knowledge of IRAs and consumer loan products. Knowledge of all applicable banking laws and regulations required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and float between the Credit Union's three branches as needed.
