Roles & Responsibilities Balance and maintain accurate ledgers by reconciling entries Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns along with payroll, operating and business taxes Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account info and trends Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Associate Degree in Accounting, finance, or related field Previous experience handling accounts payable and accounts receivable Experience processing payroll Knowledge of GAAP Experience working with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and well-organized with an accurate sense of urgency Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting Prior experience with tax returns Rubino & Company is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees, clients, partners, and communities.
