AAA USA is looking for an International Talent Sourcer to join our team! This position is located in Orlando, FL! Position Summary: The International Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating recruiting and assisting candidates with the immigration process for employment at our company in the United States. This role will require an understanding of US immigration laws and procedures, as well as the ability to assess candidates' English language skills. Fluency in Spanish is required. The candidate must be very detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent from countries such as Mexico, Chile, Canada, and others as needed. Utilize various recruiting tools and resources to identify and evaluate potential candidates Review resumes, assess candidates' qualifications, and conduct interviews to determine fit for open positions Administer and score English language assessments to evaluate candidates' language skills Advise candidates on the visa application process and provide support throughout the immigration process Maintain and archive accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting plans Other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field 3+ years of experience recruiting in the US. Mexican, Chilean and Canadian recruiting a+ Fluency in English and Spanish Strong understanding of US immigration laws and procedures a+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an applicant tracking system (ATS) This position may require work beyond normal working hours Job Posted by ApplicantPro
