If you are interested in the Warranty Claims Processor position you will: Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Process Warranty claims submitted by Grand Design Dealer(s) daily. Process Vendor Chargebacks for non-return parts from Dealer(s) daily. Answer internal and external emails - same day responses. Phone contact with Dealers with questions on Warranty Claims. Research Grand Design Parts to verify part numbers match what the Dealer is requesting. Secondary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with Dealer Relations on approved Pre-Authorizations compiling correct information: Manufacture, Model and Serial numbers, Pictures, Auth numbers from vendors etc. Work with Regional Service Managers by processing claims in a timely manor for ISP's and retail customers. Attend monthly staff meeting Work with Vendors on VCB's and Authorizations when they have questions. Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Required: RV Industry knowledge or background Previous Customer Service experience Strong computer/typing skills Proficient in Word & Excel Strong written & verbal communication skills Work Environment: Office Environment Occasional time on the shop floor Remote Access to Internet Required Successful candidate must be organized, positive and friendly with a follow through mindset.
