Far Group is looking for an Executive Protection Service personnel. Specific Task s:shall provide executive protection services for physical protection of agency personnel at special events. Overall general duties required of the executive protection/EPS officers are:•Reporting to the assigned EMSSD Security Specialist or designee for theevent.•Escorting agency personnel from the designated meeting location to an eventand back, and remaining in close proximity to agency personnel for theduration of the event to protect agency employees from harassment,intimidation, threats, or assaults.•Evacuating agency personnel efficiently and safely from the event if an event'sacceptable security level is diminished.•Utilizing force that is in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.The vendor shall provide upon specific request a large SUV class vehicle totransport larger groups to and from events.The vendor shall not transport USDA, APHIS personnel in a privately ownedvehicle.• Dressing in plain clothes (unless order indicates other attire) with allweapons and communication equipment concealed.• Writing event incident statements, per COR request, within 7 calendar daysof the occurrence of the event. In extraordinary circumstances, writtenstatements may be required within 24-48 hours.an earlier timeframe.• Communicating in writing and orally bilingually as needed, as well as fully• licensed in applicable location, if assigned to security details outside thecontiguous United States.• Remaining at the event in location needed until the event has concluded or areplacement officer has arrived.Hours of Operation:The total daily hours per event will vary from 6-10 hours per day.Most events will occur on weekends and/or on evenings between the hours of 5:00pm to 1:00am at specified locations according to the time zone at that location. Protection personnel shall be available at these times. Requirements: • License to provide Executive Protection Services for the State of Kentucky• Training and experience in Organizing motorcades and Event security. • Training and experience in Executive Protection assignments.
