This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known and respected CPA firm that offers excellent training, personal development and professional growth. Rubino is looking for three temporary, full-time administrative assistants for the upcoming busy season. The position is seasonal for our busiest time of year, which is from late January until mid-April. These individuals will be responsible for scanning and organizing client documents for the tax return preparers. This position is vital to tax operations and requires a high attention to detail, ability to work in a high pressure environment, and strong commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. The administrative assistants will be working in multiple software programs to scan and organize the tax documents. Additionally, the administrative assistant may be a back-up for our Tax Coordinators as needed, answering phones and taking messages, and assisting with other administrative duties.
