Sampson Regional Medical Center is hiring a Physical Therapist the Rehabilitation team! Description: The selected candidate will report to the Director of Rehabilitation, perform examination and treatment of those referred to Physical Therapy. Based on the examination, the Physical Therapist organizes and constructs a treatment plan of care that is designed to restore function, prevent disability following disease, injury and/or loss of body part, and assist in the attainment of the patient's maximum functional level. Requirements: BS, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy school, annual certificate of licensure by the State of North Carolina required 1 year clinical experience preferred Clinical knowledge of e valuation and treatment design for a wide variety of diseases /musculo skeletal processes, physical therapy modalities, assistive devices to help maximize functional ADL, wound care and debridement and application of prosthetic/orthodic devices Your Health, Our Passion!
