The Role: The Senior Software Engineer - API will help to build out the Puttshack Cloud and implement third-party integrations to enable great experiences for Puttshack guests and team members. This person will need to be highly collaborative and nimble in responding to internal stakeholders and guest feedback to ultimately deliver the right capabilities at the right times. Location: Remote Reports to: Director of Software Engineering What you'll do: Implement new requirements within our agile delivery methodology while following our established architectural principles. Write clean, concise code that is stable, extensible, and unit-tested appropriately. Collaborate with architects to document a high-level, cloud-first architecture that is Simple, Scalable, Secure, Extensible, and Decoupled. Implement resilient, configurable integrations for key third-party systems. Debug and resolve production issues as needed. Advise on coding principles, security, continuous delivery, and cloud/on-premise deployment strategy. Mentor more junior team members with a laser focus on building a great culture from day one. Who you are: Passionate about writing great code. An eternal learner and seeker of knowledge.
