Broadway is hiring! We have a Full-time Maintenance position for a positive, motivated, and independent individual with relevant experience. This position offers: Flexible hours/on call-- work day-shift onlyPaid TrainingPaid sick and vacation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Maintenance vacant units, repair's including plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Wear company required uniform and abide by company dress code at all times. Monitor and clean exterior areas and grounds to maintain appearance standards. Place supply orders as needed and keep a clean organized shop. Job Requirements: Maintenance staff must possess entry level knowledge of basic building maintenance. Some trade support is important, i.e. general facility repairs, maintenance, masonry, carpentry, painting, doors, HVAC systems, gates, golf carts, and etc. Broadway seeks employees that have pro-active, positive attitudes, and operate with integrity. Maintenance may provide service for single or multiple locations. This position is full-time, averaging 40 hours per week. Must be willing to work any day, including weekends. Must pass a detailed background check including a DMV check. Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. If you meet these requirements, apply today!
