INTEGRATIONS ANALYST Preferred Location: Charlotte, NC Remote Eligible: TBD Reports to: Director of IT Operations ABOUT EDRAY EDRAY thrives in the most difficult part of the supply chain - the final mile at the ports. SUMMARY The Integrations Analyst is a critical role in ensuring that we efficiently and effectively manage system-to-system and manual-to-system data integrations within our core platforms. In this role you will serve as an analyst and SME for integrations with key customers/vendors and external platforms with a focus on the implementation and ongoing support of t hree key areas: EDI /FTP integrations, web service s/API integrations, and automation of current manual inbound data submissions. Your key responsibilities will include : Develop integration technical requirements including strategy, tactical approach, and documentation Manage third-party integration relationships Manage and maintain integration mappings and processes, including testing and troubleshooting Collaborate with data quality and operations teams to reduce and/or mitigate integration data errors Work with IT and Business Intelligence team members to establish effective process monitoring and reporting in order to meet and maintain integration and data quality SLAs Must be comfortable in an external-facing role, representing EDRAY in customer onboarding and/or third - party integration project discussions REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Working knowledge of the following file types: EDI X12, JSON, XML 2+ years technical EDI development (onboarding, mapping, testing in a direct-connected environment) OR 2+ years business analysis experience in API web service integration, development, and strategy utilizing REST and SOAP. HELPFUL ADDITIONAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Ability to function as project manager for integration development projects Experience in trucking, ocean carrier/port operations, distribution, or other logistics/transportation industry Ability to develop and/or support .NET applications supporting EDI, API , FTP processes SQL development and/or PowerBI and DAX to support Operations teams reporting requirements Experience with Dell Boomi PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
