A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER As a Construction Project Manager, you are essential in our ability to get our remodeling and new construction projects done. You review plans and specifications to ensure that the budget is complete and free of missing details. Organized and efficient, you use your project management skills to work with the owner to plan schedules and mobilize projects. You finalize and proactively manage the project schedule to ensure it's completed on time, on budget, and safely. Using your keen eye for detail, you thoroughly study projects at contract signing hand-off to ensure that all details are clearly understood and prepare to launch projects with the client, team members, and trade partners. While on-site, you oversee all setup and logistics, ensuring that your teams keep project sites clean, organized, safe, and efficient. You double-check measurements against the plans to confirm the accuracy of the specifications. Determined to ensure our compliance with regulations, you stay on top of permits and utility applications. Working together with our owner and your teams, you strive to meet our goal of exceeding expectations. As projects come together, you take pride in seeing the finished results. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling or new home construction High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and Coconstruct Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation Willingness to comply with our company policy drug screening Ability to stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions A post-high school degree in a construction-related field would be a plus!
