Job Summary:Performs HVAC maintenance and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve quality and value for our clients. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards.Requirements:• Days/Hours will vary based on property location.• Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License• Must be eligible to work in the United States• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred• Minimum 1-year experience with HVAC.What we offer:• Paid holidays• Paid training• Room for career growthResponsibilities:• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues• Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs• Document repairs and performed duties• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building• Respond to emergency situations in a prompt mannerBecome part of a diverse and growing organization that has been in business for more than 17 years.
