HIRING IMMEDIATELY- Residential Services Supervisor The Arc Ontario of Canandaigua, NY , a Human Services Agency, is seeking to hire a Residential Services Supervisor for one of our locations in Ontario County. This is an exciting opportunity to move into a position that will develop you for management opportunities. This role provides oversight of day-to-day operations of the assigned residential home and provides supervision and guidance to their team members. Residential Program Supervisor Responsibilities: Provide direct support services to the individuals who reside at the house to assist individuals in having a fulfilling life. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the assigned residential home. Provide supervision and guidance to Direct Care Staff. Provide peace of mind to the families of the individuals. Adhere to all The Arc Ontario policies and procedures to promote the well-being and ensure safety of participants and the protection of their individual rights. Demonstrates the agency mission, vision and values. Attends all mandatory Education and Training as scheduled; obtains, and maintains all required certifications. Work Schedule: Varying Schedules Available Based on the Needs of the Program Residential Program Supervisor Qualifications: 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience Internal candidate require 1 year relevant experience Valid NYS Driver's License Must be able to provide coverage of shifts as the need arises. Ability to work independently and motivate others. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
