JOB DESCRIPTION AZ Perfect Comfort of Phoenix, AZ is urgently hiring full time Service Technicians to run maintenance and service calls for our customers. Are you a skilled HVAC Service Technician who is looking for the right company to build a successful, long-term career with? Are you an HVAC Service Technician who is ready to take your career to the next level? 4-5 Calls per day Lucrative pay structure that aligns the goals of technician, company and our customers. Must have values that are congruent with that of our company. Honesty, Integrity and respect for others is required. AZ Perfect Comfort focuses on internal talent development and will be hiring from within for many upcoming leadership positions. We also institute a Cross Functional Career Path (CFCP) training program. Service Technicians are gradually taught in home sales, QC procedures, and office processes to round their abilities, drastically increase their earnings potential and open new career opportunities. PAY $80,000-$150,000/ Year No Cap on earnings! All levels of experience are welcome to apply to this job listing. BENEFITS Up to $5,000 sign on bonus for "experience technicians." Guaranteed Salary during slow season with experienced technician guaranteed up to $2500 per period. Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company vehicle with gas card.
