A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN INSTALLER HELPER / HVAC INSTALLATION ASSISTANT You help install brand new furnaces, air conditioners, coils, and more as an Installer Helper / HVAC Installation Assistant. You help us keep up a good work pace, especially during our busy season. Our field technicians rely on your ability to catch on quickly and attention to detail. You might be covered in dirt by the end of the day, but you're okay with it! QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year HVAC experience required Physically able to lift and install residential HVAC tools Can charge and handle refrigerant per the clean air act Can you ensure that the job is done right the first time? Can you follow directions well? Do you work well independently and as part of a team? Are you trustworthy? Can you respect others and their property?
