The Server Assistant will work in one of the Congressional's restaurants and assist servers in providing excellent food and beverage service to members and guests of the Congressional. Congressional Country Club is looking for Team Members that believe the impossible is possible. Driven to continuously make a positive impact on the organization and believe that as a team we accomplish more. What will be expected of you: Assisting and providing service to members and guests Promptly clearing and resetting all tables Ensure restaurant cleanliness by cleaning tables and chairs Sweeping the floor, and under tables as part of the table resetting process Supporting the restaurant team by polishing silverware in a timely manner Serving bread and butter Pouring water when the table is sat and continuously throughout the shift Assisting servers in any capacity necessary to make the shift run smoothly Ability to work, holidays, nights, and weekends Benefits: Full-time and part-time positions Complimentary meals Complimentary parking Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (Available for Full and Part-Time Team Members) FSA 401K with a match Employee Discounts Golf, Tennis, Fitness Apparel CCC is an EOE Job Posted by ApplicantPro
