We're growing and always looking for great drivers that will earn between $350 - $1,000 per week ! Ten drivers needed NOW for Pinellas County. If this sounds like the right opportunity for you to work with children, apply today! n ABOUT US n Doctor Bird provides Drivers to complement school districts' transportation programs such as McKinney-Vento, ESE/special needs and hard-to-serve multi-district trips . We take a human approach and treat each student with kindness, creating a safe and friendly environment. n AS A DRIVER n You are most distinctive to our company. While it is true that you are an excellent driver, your exceptional customer service skills are just as important to your success! Your friendly, helpful demeanor shines through in all your interactions, and the way you make students feel is remembered long after each ride. n You are a customer service representative of the school district . You are a positive role model, making sound decisions, remain calm under pressure, and are attentive to safety. You love that you do not have to sit at a desk or stand at a cash register all day but get to be out and about. You feel good about providing such an essential service to our community. n DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS n n 2+ years of driving experience n General familiarity with main roadways in the county n Must have own vehicle less than 10 years old inspected by a certified mechanic n Must have own Android or iPhone n Ability to pass a criminal background check n Ability to pass a drug screening test n Must Complete CTAA PASS BASIC 7.0 online driver training n Love for children and awesome customer service skills n n Do you have great communication and interpersonal skills? Are you a can-do person with a positive attitude? Do you take pride in your work and accountability for your decisions? Are you attentive to safety?
