Job Location: Lindon, UT Sign On Bonus: Up to $2,000 bonus paid after 30 days and favorable review! We are hiring for swing (3 pm - 11 pm), and graveyard (11 pm - 7 am ) shift positions. Pay rate range of $30-$38 an hour (depending on experience and shift) Candyco is a growing candy manufacturing company. We are currently seeking a shift production maintenance technician to join our team! We are looking for someone with lots of experience in machine repair and troubleshooting. You will be working with production to help minimize downtime and improve production efficiencies. Responsibilities Complete all repairs in a timely fashion. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Keep a good inventory of spare parts for all packaging equipment. Memorizing machine settings to help ensure production runs with limited downtime. Following safe and correct manufacturing guidelines. Assisting the maintenance department in installing new equipment. Qualifications Must have several years of previous experience in machinery maintenance or other related fields. Strong Flow Wrap & Packaging equipment experience is needed. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to handle physical labor. Deadline and detail-oriented. Additional training or degrees will be helpful. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
