JOB DESCRIPTION FRONT DESK/KIDS ACTIVITY STAFF Our commitment to excellent guest services is what drives us, and we are dedicated to hiring outstanding individuals who share our passion for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience while staying with us. We are currently looking for a talented Front Desk personnel to join our front desk team. The Front Desk Agent promptly greets our guests. Answers guest inquiries, and runs our kids activities. The ideal Candidate is poised, confident, organized, prompt, articulate, and helpful with a strong customer service focus. Candidates must be computer literate, internet savvy, telephone proficient, and highly organized, must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes all shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) and have a desire to work with children. RESPONSIBILITIES Greets and checks in members and guests Runs all kids activities each day. Receives and processes payments for products and services Attends required team meetings QUALIFICATIONS Hard working and self-motivated Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Personality that is outgoing, upbeat, positive, and motivating Safety and customer service oriented
