Hiring Caregivers Immediately! Start a New Career in Now! Our Caregivers make a difference in the lives of others in a small group home setting. No experience required for many of our entry-level positions, and full training is provided for you to be confident in your new role. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour! Just complete our initial 3 minute questionnaire for this position, and submit your work history or resume on-line. OR , simply stop in at our offices at 820 Florida Ave, Hagerstown MD 21740 on Tuesdays or Thursdays for a "Walk-In Interview" 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Just follow the signs. Successful candidates may be offered a position on the spot! Some of Our Care Givers Earn As Much As $70,000 Annually With Over Time Pay We have FT & PT openings, mostly working Second or Third Shift; and on weekends supporting adults and teenagers. These openings are in one of our residential programs, and we also have openings is several outreach/community based programs. Pay starting at $16.00 per hour! Benefits Include: Health Dental Vision Disability Life Insurance 403b Retirement Plan Paid Time Off: 14 days the first year and 20 days the second year (for FT) Holidays: 7 paid holidays (for FT) Requirements: High school diploma/GED 18+ years of age (21+ if supporting children) Must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 1 year and a safe driving record Attend new hire training M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first two weeks of employment Must pass a basic reading comprehension and math test, background check, and pre-employment screenings Must be able to lift and transfer at least 50 pounds, as well as pass a physical/fitness test
