Duty First Consulting is currently seeking a Junior Management Analyst to join our Federal Health Practice. This position will support human centered design, training, change management, and technical assistance for an integrated enterprise data analytics team supporting a large health agency within the Federal Government. What the role requires: Support requirements gathering using human centered design techniques for data analytics products. Contribute to requirements documentation and evaluate documentation for completeness and accuracy. Support the development of training materials including video trainings, demonstrations, user guides, and job aids to instruct individuals on how to use Tableau dashboards and other data analytics products. Support efforts to increase user adoption of new and existing data analytics products Produce accurate and detailed meeting minutes Manage timelines and communicate progress; support deliverables tracking and reporting as assigned Provide technical assistance to end users for data analytics products Proactively identify quality issues/gaps and recommend corrective actions Support continuous improvement initiatives across the program that promote process improvement and efficiency enhancements, and pinpoint areas that should be improved What you need to be successful: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Self-directed, and able to work through client requests with limited guidance or oversight Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work in team setting or independently Must be able to deliver on multiple projects/priorities at the same time Strong work ethic with a commitment to client service Strong written communication skills Experience working with federal government projects is preferred Ability to submit proof of eligibility to work in the US; sponsorship is not available for this position Ability to obtain a US government security clearance Preference will be given to qualified Veteran candidates Other important information: Bachelor's degree required preferably in computer science, information systems, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline 0-2 years of professional experience (can include professional internships) Is consulting the right career for you?
