About the Opportunity This position will support Guy Brown's Customer Care team by primarily focusing on monitoring customer portals and 3rd Party Platforms to ensure invoices flow to a successful payment status. As well as involvement in other tasks within the order to cash stream from the inception of an order through cash collection. Responsibilities You will access customer portals and 3rd Party Platforms to monitor rejections, submit invoices and any reconciliation that's required for successful processing of the payment You will maintain an organized follow-up schedule for portal management You will review, reconcile, and apply all forms of payments including electronic payments, checks, and credit cards to the proper customer accounts, if required You will research and resolve any cash application discrepancies including credit card rejections, disputed payments, duplicate deductions, and unapplied cash payments received, if required You will monitor for any trends such as tax deductions, past dues and/or skipped invoices You will contact customers in a courteous and professional manner to arrange for payment of past due invoices You will maintain a timely and efficient follow-up schedule for collections You will assist the team in monitoring the group mailboxes You will interact closely with the Order 2 Cash team and other employees at various levels within Guy Brown to resolve customer collection and invoicing issues You will demonstrate reliability through attendance and promptness You will remain flexible and present a positive disposition in the face of changing needs of business You will support team mates with workload volume as bandwidth allows The above represents general responsibilities for the position. Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary on an ad-hoc or ongoing basis Qualifications High school education or equivalent Minimumoftwoyears'experienceincashapplicationandcollection processes or equivalent Strong analytical, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, committed to producing accurate and high-quality work Experienced with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to work effectively, independently and in a remote team environment and handle multiple priorities No travel required Benefits We recognize people as our most important asset.
