POSITION SUMMARY The Innovations Analyst - Chassis will work closely with the Innovations Manager to develop, support, and manage EDRAY's chassis management solution. They will be responsible for the active management of multiple BCO direct lease chassis fleets to ensure maximum utilization, clean and accurate data, and strong operational and financial reporting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Work directly with customers and dray carriers to establish relationships, drive product innovation, and implement solutions Actively manage all chassis in the customer's fleet through maintenance of clean and accurate data, monitoring of EDI/API feeds, and applicable reporting/data analysis Coordinate weekly meetings with IEPs, customers, and their dray carriers to drive maximum equipment utilization Assist in process creation/standardization and identify improvement opportunities when needed Collect, manipulate, and analyze data relating to product innovation initiatives Reports on project progress and aids in managing customer expectations Other duties/responsibilities as needed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in logistics, supply chain management or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in chassis or intermodal equipment management Proficient with Microsoft Excel Extensive knowledge of shipping and distribution channels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with data visualization tools such as PowerBi preferred but not required.
