At Ron Bouchards, we offer a flexible schedule for those seeking Part Time work up to 25 hours per week who enjoy driving and have a clean driving record. Come join our amazing and diverse team which includes working parents, veterans and retirees to name a few. Position Summary: Supports supervisor with Ron Bouchard's sales and parts teams to pick up and deliver vehicles and/parts to various locations including to customers, RMV, body shops and Auctions. Checks with vehicle condition and documents any damages/shortages found as well as making sure vehicles on the dealership lot are clean and organized at all times. Essential Functions: Drives assigned vehicles to customers, registrations, body shops, auctions to various locations throughout New England (MA, RI, CT, NH) Provides necessary paperwork to get emissions and vin checks and registrations Ensures vehicle has enough gas and submits receipt to supervisor for reimbursement, if applicable When duties and responsibilities change, the employee may be asked to perform other duties as business needs dictate. Employees are required to identify any changes in their job duties since the description were last reviewed. Additionally, Ron Bouchard may ask that employees conduct a review of their position as part of the performance evaluation process. Qualifications: Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information including maps and distances Required to have valid unrestricted drivers license and satisfactory driving record Skills: Effective communication skills, written, verbal and active listening Personable, professional and safe Excellent problem solving skills Ability to drive standard is a plus Attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills Working Environment and Physical Demands: Works primarily in a typical, climate- controlled office environment with time spent outdoors and driving vehicles in traffic and in varying weather conditions.
