The number one outlet center in the LA area is hiring a Security Supervisor to provide a fun and safe shopping experience to staff and customers. Citadel Outlets strives to ensure visitors experience a 5-star shopping experience. If you have experience as a Security Officer and supervisory role, this may be the right opportunity for you. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees and participates in the development of the center's security work plan; assigns work activities, projects and programs; monitors workflow; reviews and evaluates work performed, methods, and procedures. Confers with the General Manager and security management team on security issues within the center. Implements security and center goals and objectives. Administers policies and procedures. Trains evaluate personnel and work with employees to correct deficiencies. Monitors all security staff's overtime to maintain budget control and consistency. Upholds comprehensive training program for all security officers. Maintains and provides accountability for the security uniform and equipment inventory. Monitors, tracks, and documents all calls for service at the center and maintains and administers statistical reports. Ensures that the Security Management Team is notified of all Incidents that occur at the center through the use of a Daily Security Activity Report and other means of communication. Directs tenant security training programs. Enforces the Community Policing Plan for the center. Enforces the Emergency Preparedness Program for the center. Responds to incidents and provides supervision and oversight when appropriate. Reviews, scans, and files all Officer Daily Activity Reports and security departmental reports. Fills in and works various shifts in place of security officers who are on vacation or call out sick. Helps replace and schedule Security Officers based on the needs of the Center. Serves as the Manager on Duty. Performs special projects or other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.). Three years of security experience which must have included one year of leadership experience; or an equivalent combination .of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
