Under the Direct supervision of the CEO, the Behavioral Health Clinical Director will provide leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team(s) and/or program(s) . This Clinical Director will i mplement and oversee the responsibilities for clinical services and standards of care for our members, and administrative needs of the multidisciplinary team. Other responsibilities include reviewing documentation by clinical staff and perform internal audits of Clinical Charts to ensure adherence to State and County requirements. The Clinical Director will work alongside Fiscal and administrative staff to perform budget revisions, update on contractual agreements, and submit required reports for billing purposes. Employment Type: Full-time; Exempt Qualifications: Minimum master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (LCSW,) Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC) or a related discipline. Two (2) years fully licensed to practice in the state of California Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families Ability to provide clinical supervision and oversee clinical staff Benefits: Insurance: All full-time employees enjoy fully paid medical, dental and accidental life insurances.
