Campanella and Sons, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Wadsworth, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience managing highway projects. Campanella and Sons, Inc. is an WBENC Certified Woman Owned Business. We specialize in highway construction, underground utilities, site development, and aggregate resources. We service the public and private industry. We offer full benefits, including a company truck. Responsibilities Ensure all work is completed in a safe manor. Ensure project is completed on time and within budget Perform pre-bid Estimating as needed. Review and understand plans and specifications. Plan future resource needs (labor/equipment/tools) with superintendent Submit weekly schedule by end of day every Wednesday. Schedule subcontractors Attend weekly schedule meetings and project progress meetings. Perform JULIE Locates Convey project specific information to superintendent to ensure work is completed properly, quantities are tracked, and proper cost codes are used. Responsible for Quality control Communicate with project team. Work progression/critical path Means and methods Materials Review timecards checking cost codes, quantities, and hours for accuracy. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3-5 years construction experience at the Project Manager level required. Heavy experience as a Project Manager for highway projects, preferred. Experience with the following software, a plus Microsoft Office Microsoft Project HCSS HeavyBid HCSS HeavyJob Ability to multi-task and work independently a must. * Sponsorship not available for this position.
