Our headquarters in Moundridge employs around 300 employees. Join our team! SUMMARY Set up and tryout new equipment in assembly area and at customers' facilities. Diagnose and repair on-site existing customer equipment. HOURS 6:00 am - 2:30 pm M-F ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Set up and tryout, new equipment per contractual agreement. Run test procedures and tryout new products in the assembly plant and at customers' facilities as needed. Obtain necessary customer signatures on buyoff and safety forms. Work with team members and other departments to solve problems with operation. Diagnose and repair on-site existing customer equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED/PREFERRED Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Ability to use a wide variety of tools and precision instruments. Able to read blue prints and follow oral and written instructions. Basic math skills in all units of measure. EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED/PREFERRED Prefer formal industrial-related training OTHER REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES Must supply own hand tools. Willing to learn new concepts and skills. Self-starting personality. Must be willing to travel 10-20% of the time Prefer previous assembly or repair experience with rollforming, FMS, leveling, and coil processing equipment. TRAINING Bradbury will train new hires for 6 months on a rotation between mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly.
