The Mike Morse Law Firm, Michigan's largest plaintiff personal injury firm, is growing and we are currently looking for senior litigation attorneys with a minimum of 6 years experience in auto injury and Michigan No Fault Law; the ability to handle a docket from inception to trial is essential. We're looking for someone who shares our vision, passion and dedication for helping our clients live well. Responsibilities: Manages docket of auto injury cases. Managing all aspects of litigation including depositions, legal research, writing, and trials. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Providing outstanding customer service to our clients is essential. Competencies: Composure: can stay calm under pressure and in stressful situations Is a settling influence in crisis Steps up to conflicts, seeing them as opportunities Good at focused listening Can hammer out tough agreements and settle disputes equitably Can find common ground and get cooperation with minimum resistance Can write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles Can get messages across that have the desired effect Builds appropriate rapport and effective relationships Qualification (education/training) Juris Doctor
