YOUR LIFE AS AN ENGINEERING SUPPORT - TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST This full-time engineering position works during business hours . As an Engineering Support - Technology Specialist, you're responsible for acting as a liaison between customers as well as our engineering team to ensure customer needs are met and the correct SCI products are offered. You provide product support both onsite and remotely for integration, installation, training, and post-installation product issues. Working alongside our internal engineering team, you assist with complex production projects and internal product training. Additionally, you develop and deliver product training at multiple customer locations. You also participate in the development of new products and applications as well as promote SCI products. You're quick to tackle any technical projects that come your way. Having a job where you get to use your technical expertise to help our manufacturing company build business brings you fulfillment! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Bachelor's degree in engineering 5+ years of experience in the vacuum coating industry and working directly with magnetron cathodes, processes, and applications Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally Experience with industrial controls, automation, and Solidworks would be a plus but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
