Our plumbers typically work four 10-hour shifts , either Monday - Thursday, Tuesday - Friday, or Wednesday - Saturday . We pay our Residential Plumbing Technicians a competitive wage of $25 - $36 per hour , depending on experience, plus incentive-based bonuses, for total potential earnings of over $100k annually .
