As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee repairs and upkeep of all Paisley Park buildings and offices. You will be responsible for supervising the company's maintenance operations, creative problem-solving, and vendor relationships. Medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401k with match, HSA, complimentary tour tickets and employee discounts, and more Responsibilities Train and lead the in-house maintenance team Lead projects for painting, plumbing, mechanical or electrical initiatives Negotiate maintenance-related agreements to execute maintenance work Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and coordinate timely inspections and repairs Implement safety policies and standards Personally, and regularly visit and inspect 3-5 properties to perform preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance Oversee repairs in the building and implement installations when needed Effectively delegate tasks to other team members, including events staff Identify and solve problems, drive basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks and needs Other duties as assigned Qualifications A basic understanding of how to review and stay within monthly departmental budgets Ability to work nights and weekends from time to time when needed Basic technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Very good communication and interpersonal skills Safety Focused Ability to work collaboratively across departments, team-focused to achieve common goals Ability to foster innovation Exemplary problem-solving skills 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial maintenance Note: As Prince was a pescatarian, Paisley Park is a pescatarian food environment.
