PLUMBING INSTALLATION AND EXCAVATION PROJECT COORDINATOR: YOUR MISSION As a Plumbing Installation and Excavation Project Coordinator, you are vital to the successful and timely completion of our projects! You put your exceptional planning skills to good use as you schedule and coordinate new installations. Working closely with clients, contractors, and team members, you create budgets for each project and establish realistic timelines for getting the work done. You help delegate tasks amongst the field crew and technicians to optimize our efficiency and productivity. Even the best-laid plans may go wrong sometimes, so if any issues do arise, you quickly address and resolve the problem. Attentive to even the smallest detail, you update and maintain all essential records and documents for each project as well as ensure we collect all the payments owed to us. You know that a job site isn't finished until it's clean, so you make sure your team fully clears the work area before calling it quits. You find satisfaction in watching your hard work produce fantastic results! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING INSTALLATION AND EXCAVATION PROJECT COORDINATOR Proficiency with Mac operating systems, Google programs, and related software Ability to accurately and promptly process high volumes of work High school diploma or equivalent Some customer service experience would be preferred.
