Salary: $51,217 - $65,147 Grade:14 The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc., is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full time Lab Manager position. The successful candidate will oversee the general lab operations for the Division of Molecular Therapeutics. The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Adobe products. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversight of laboratory supply purchasing and inventory management Oversight of equipment inventory Maintenance and operations Coordinating standard operating procedures for routine lab procedures Shipping and receiving of laboratory reagents and samples Oversight of laboratory chemicals and hazardous materials (including controlled substances) inventory and regulatory compliance Space coordination/reservation Overseeing training compliance for laboratory members Overseeing staff/student/volunteer onboarding/offboarding procedures Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in training, education and/or experience Two or more years of experience in managing a research laboratory Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Uniform Guidance (UG) rules and regulations and accounting systems - ARC, TIQR, RASCAL, and Concur In accordance with NYS Office of Mental Health regulations, RFMH employees at NYSPI are required to be fully vaccinated Work Location : 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, New York 10032 To Apply : Submit an application through our website at: https://nyspi.applicantpro.com/jobs/ Please note, only applications submitted through our website will be considered.
