Responsibilities include: Punctuality in following a schedule around opening and/or closing the pool Maintain the safety of our guests in and around the pool Perform patron surveillance with a rescue tube from the guard stand Remain alert and use all senses while guarding Represent StillWaters Resort by maintaining a professional attitude Communicate and enforce all StillWaters Resort pool policies, rules, and regulations in a professional manner Must be able to respond to an emergency and contact/activate EMS Provide reports on all accidents Handle all incidents in a manner appropriate to your training Provide customer service to guests, including handling guest conflict and complaints, as necessary Perform work safely in accordance with the departmental safety procedures Operate equipment safely and report any unsafe work conditions Perform other duties as assigned. TOP HOURLY PAY FOR READY CANDIDATES $14 an hour for Red Cross Certified LifeguardsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeMust be able to work weekends, but schedule is flexible! Do you Enjoy working on the LAKE ? Then this could be just what your looking for. Must bring a great attitude to work each day and a high level of customer service is expected. We strive to be the friendliest resort in the Ozarks. Responsible for keeping rental fleets clean, including detailing & waxing. Keeping cleaning supplies in stock and organized. When not cleaning, will be asked to assist other members of the team with reserving, checking equipment in & out as well as other duties. Responsible for opening & closing Marina. Be trusted with register & safe access. Help guest in reserving boats/ wave runners & other marina equipment. Must be able to step outside if needed on a busy day. Keep an open line of communication with managers. Must stay alert at all times to help keep our guest feeling safe (especially young kids) while on/in the water.
