The Humane Society of Missouri's Longmeadow Rescue Ranch in Union, MO is hiring a Weekend Ranch Assistant . Come help us take care of rescued horses and other farm animals on Saturdays and Sundays! Duties include: Giving food and water Turning out horses into pastures Cleaning stalls and living quarters Interacting with visitors and volunteers in a positive and courteous manner Operating tractors or other equipment with various attachments in a safe and responsible manner Providing all animals with proper care and attention including adherence to established feeding, sanitation and medical procedures Qualified candidates must be 18 or older and have previous horse handling experience Starting pay is $15/hour.
