A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A RESTORATION SUPERVISOR As an on-call Restoration Supervisor, you are responsible for most day to day field operations. Working with the Project Manager, you create the project schedule and ensure that they come in on time and within budget. You efficiently coordinate daily labor and material needs and work hard to ensure the quality of work being performed is up to industry, First Onsite, and owner standards. Each day enjoy coming to work to learn and grow with the company. You maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events. As the onsite management, you communicate with the Project Manager, Project Director, and owner informing them of current project conditions. You also verify and approve work progress and completion. By ensuring a daily job site safety meeting has been conducted, you maintain attention to the safety and protection of property and workers. QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work a flexible on-call schedule Ability to execute quality control/assurance Knowledge of local, state, and federal code requirements Knowledge of inspection requirements Previous fire, water, and mold restoration experience is preferred, but not required. Specific compensation will be based on the skills, experience, seniority, merit, location, education, training, and need for travel of the selected candidate.
