YOUR ROLE As a wealth advisor with Crown Haven, you will be responsible for the acquisition and continued service of your independently-managed portfolio of clients. You are in charge of providing your clients with a feeling of ease and care while delivering a superior planning result with warmth and professionalism. By following our proven 3-step asset client acquisition process, you will build relationships with prospective clients, diagnose the problems that exist within their financial plans, and systematically provide them with the solutions to their financial issues, allowing them to spend less time worrying about their money, so they can spend more time enjoying their lives. RESPONSIBILITIES Follow established and industry-leading Standard Operating Procedures Build a relationship based on trust and shared values with each prospective client Perform a Portfolio Diagnostic for each individual prospective client Follow the Trademarked RetireSHIELD process for each prospective client Collect each client's financial information to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable (and approved by Crown Haven Investment Committee) based on client risk tolerance, risk capacity, liquidity needs, income needs, longevity concerns, legacy desires, and overall financial objectives Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor Assist clients in implementing financial recommendations. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of financial planning background (preferred) Outstanding verbal and written skills (required) Ability to follow directions and defined client acquisition and servicing processes Building and Nurturing strong relationships with clients Excellent mathematical skills, relationship skills, communication skills, and customer service skills are crucial A Bachelor's degree majoring in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred) CFP certification or other advanced certifications (preferred) Program proficiency including Apple products, Google Suite, Salesforce, and financial planning software (preferred) Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations PAY: Crown Haven provides extremely competitive pay packages that include salary, ongoing passive residual income in exchange for the management of funds, incentive bonus structures, team trips, and a full benefits package. As you build your portfolio, your pay will grow over time. Projected 75K to 125K for the first year.
