Intern - Physical Security Work Location : Butte, MT Pay range : $17.00 - $20.00/hour Employment Status: Temporary (May - August, 2023 40 Hours Per Week) (September - December, 2023 potential part time) External candidates apply at northwesternenergy.com Internal candidates apply through iConnect . About this position: Intern will provide support for various physical security day to day operations including drafting security plans, inspections, vulnerability assessments on critical facilities in Montana, South Dakota and Nebraska, training coordination and security enhancement projects. About this job: May assist in review and revisions of the Standard Operating Procedures of the Security Operations Center May participate with the Physical Security Coordinator and Analyst in FERC Regulatory required inspections and meetings of Hydro facilities. May assist with revision and review of Emergency Response plans Assist with day-to-day operations of the Security Operation Center work with Contract security officer s to monitor and updated Access Control and video monitoring for critical assets Attend meetings with regulatory and Industry Physical Security professional for development of strategies and enhancements Conduct research, document and develop reports Participate in organizational work meetings Lifting of materials up to 35 pounds All NorthWestern Energy employees are required to adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission, and strategic business objectives Am I right for this job?
